SHOPLINE partners with Quay Accelerator to launch omnichannel retail growth programme

SHOPLINE, a leading and fast-growing e-commerce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider trusted by more than 600,000 merchants worldwide, has partnered with Quay Acceleration, a US-based start-up accelerator with a global track record, to launch a three-month programme for omnichannel retail brands scaling across markets, platforms and storefronts.

Built for early- and growth-stage companies operating online, in-store and via social commerce, the accelerator combines infrastructure, mentorship and practical retail strategy to help founders expand across both borders and sales channels.

“The future of retail is borderless and seamlessly omnichannel,” said Christopher Yang, US Co-President of SHOPLINE. “Through our partnership with the Quay accelerator, we’re empowering the next generation of founders to scale faster by unifying their physical and digital presence. By breaking down the barriers between online and offline commerce, we’re enabling brands to build truly connected retail experiences that meet customers wherever they are.”

This autumn, the programme will welcome 40 retail founders across fashion, beauty, home and consumer goods, with at least half operating both digital and brick-and-mortar storefronts.

Features include:

  • SHOPLINE’s Unified Commerce Platform: e-commerce, POS, CRM and social commerce tools with integrations into Meta, TikTok and Amazon
  • Custom curriculum from Quay: Founder-centred learning based on experience with 600+ alumni
  • Network access: Over 700 mentors, 300+ investors and 150 corporate partners
  • High-visibility Demo Day: Connecting founders with investors, media and retail leaders

John Lynn, Managing Director and Co-founder of Quay Accelerator, said: “Together with SHOPLINE, we’re offering a launchpad for omnichannel brands that want to grow fast and grow globally.”
